I promise it is a good time!
But, just so you get the gist of it, here are some of my favourite photos I snapped during the rodeo this year. Another perk of being a CS Ranch Girl - pretty awesome seats... Between sitting in the south alley fence, or being right at the fence on the stage... I managed some pretty awesome shots!
Sam Kelts gets some help off of Kessler's Sunset Strip by the Rempel Brothers
Those Kessler Horses... Southern Lights would like her moment too
Kassidy Denninson won the go-round on her beautiful horse, Eagle.
Fallon Taylor is one of my absolute favourite barrel racers. Her, and her great mare, Babyflo, finished fourth on Day 4.
Gold Buckles Don't Lie!
Fred Whitfield shares a big high-five after winning the go-round
Get low girl
Britany Diaz takes fourth on the first day of Pool B
The girl is currently ranked number one in the world - Callie duPerier
The horse, needs no introduction, it's Dillon. A horse that's been to the NFR too many times to count, and it's most likely he has another trip to vegas booked in December.
Jesse Wright get's some air time on Wrong Flavour
Sarah Rose Mcdonald, rookie of the year, takes off with her beautiful roan mare - Bling.
Fred Whitfield, and Timber Moore, share first and a victory lap, with a 6.8 tie.
A tough day for tie-down, Randall Carlisle's horse does some serious work to stop that calf, but his 8.3 still isn't good enough to get him through to Championship Sunday.
Alberta was pretty proud of their hometown girl this day. Sydney Daines, of the famous Innisfail Daine's family, and her homebred horse Flame, cruise through the cloverleaf pattern to earn them a spot on Championship Sunday. Go girl!
